Wu Dang Tai Ji is a form of internal martial arts like Kung Fu. It is practiced using slow movements to improve flexibility, breathing, cardiovascular and general health. It also reduces stress, anxiety and tension.

Wu Dang Tai Ji has a wide range of medical and rehabilitation effects. It has preventive and therapeutic effects on many chronic diseases of the nervous system, circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, reproductive system, motor system, and sensory system.
